Innovation in a windfall
In April 2021, Apple announced $430 B in investments for the future. OK, most companies don’t have that much to invest. But here’s a key question for your innovation process: If your leadership said they wanted to spend an extra $2 MM on innovation starting right away, to do something transformative, would you have a process for acting on that quickly?
