Does MY business need innovation?

Some businesses know that they require innovation to survive. Think of “high tech” industries or software. For example, iPhone launches or software updates. But it’s not always OBVIOUS that every industry has innovation, and if you’re not leading it, it won’t be long before competitors are tearing down your gate! Think about an industry as old as farming. Pesticides are now being put on the acreage using remote-controlled drones! Or travel -- remember always needing a travel agent? Or selling cars -- many are now bought online with a few clicks. So yes, your business needs a continual stream of innovation to survive and thrive in your industry.
