Important, urgent, frantic.

“Important, urgent, frantic.”

Are your projects important, urgent, or frantic?

Important = assessed to be high in value.

Urgent = a short or very short deadline, with a priority ranking for resources and an action plan.

Frantic = everything must be done now!!!, with more anxiety than plan.

If it’s not important, don’t do it at all. For those things you deem important, avoid the Frantic and prioritize and plan the Urgent. Sounds simple and obvious, so this is just a reminder as you move into 2024 work.
